Customer Notification - NPIC Essential Business/Services - COVID-19

As many of you are aware, several local and state governments have issued ‘Shelter in Place’ orders or similar initiatives to mitigate the further spread of COVID-19. However, per the federal Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)1, animal and pet food manufacturing has been deemed essential business. Therefore, NPIC will maintain its essential business operations with adjustments for COVID-19 risk management.
